Refund policy

Since every Elevation Pedestal is handmade to order, our ability to offer refunds and returns is limited.

If you wish to apply for a refund, please contact us at info@ElevationPedestal.com. You can expect a response within 3 business days. Depending on the production status of your laundry pedestal, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus the credit card processing fees and the cost of materials we purchased for your order, if any. 

Once your handmade pedestal has been built and shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, other than for material defects.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrived with shipping damage, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the credit card processing fees. Please remember, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
